ROOF
INSPECTION

WHY ARE ROOF INSPECTIONS IMPORTANT?

Many of the roof replacements we’ve seen could have been avoided through regular quarterly roof inspections. Spring and fall, after the harshest seasons of the year, are the best time to execute thorough inspections.

During an inspection, we’ll identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance to help avoid costly repairs and replacements down the line. Your roof is your assets’ first line of defense. Don’t wait until there’s a problem. Inspect early and often.

OUR RECENT PROJECTS

MOSS AND PLANT GROWTH

While many roofing materials, such as metal, inhibit vegetation, moss and plant growth are especially detrimental to asphalt shingles. If left too long, these plants establish root systems and create a moist, damaging environment, so it’s best to get rid of them ASAP.

WATER INGRESS

Caused by broken seals, poor drainage, or deteriorating roof structure, water ingress may present itself as brown spots or varying degrees of leakage. When caught early, simple repairs can rectify the situation and make your roof waterproof once again.

COMPROMISED STRUCTURE

Structural integrity is non-negotiable and damage needs to be addressed immediately. We don’t compromise when it comes to safety. If we identify any structural weaknesses with your commercial roofing, we’ll come up with a remedial plan of action.
