COMPLETE ROOF REPLACEMENTS

While we’re firm believers that most roof issues can be solved with high-quality roofing repair solutions, sometimes a complete roof replacement is unavoidable. You’ll most likely only need to take this on once in your building’s lifetime, since many roofing solutions have significant longevity of over 20 years.

Roof replacements can be costly, but they’re a sound investment for the future, and you may be covered by a warranty or commercial roof insurance. We recommend reviewing your policy regularly to assess your coverage. Because accidents happen.

SIGNS YOU NEED A REPLACEMENT

STRUCTURAL DAMAGE

Severe damage impedes the efficacy and structural integrity of your roof. This could be due to deterioration over time, harsh weather conditions, or lack of routine maintenance. Regardless of the cause, structural damage is extremely dangerous and should be addressed immediately.

GRANULAR LOSS

As shingles age, they lose mineral granules that are essential for proper function. This can typically be addressed by replacing shingles, but excessive granular loss will need a full replacement to reinstate effective protection over your property and assets.

LEAKS OR INTERIOR WATER DAMAGE

If you’ve begun to notice water damage inside your property, odds are it’s gone undetected for some time and has already wreaked internal havoc. Porous surfaces can only hold so much water, so once it becomes visible, the limit’s been breached, likely due to broken roof seal.

ROOF ROT

Rot is another detrimental occurrence that justifies a full replacement. With regular roof inspections, you can catch weak spots in your roof, but if they go unnoticed for too long, the rot becomes too severe and far-reaching for repairs.

MISSING SHINGLES

Even one missing shingle means your roof seal is compromised. When caught early, it’s easy to replace shingles, but the problem becomes more severe when the ineffective water barrier is allowed to linger, causing irreversible water damage.
