TYPES OF EMERGENCIES

STORM DAMAGE

Insurance, repairs, safety. We know there’s a lot to deal with in the wake of storms and natural disasters. But this isn’t our first rodeo. Trust Dri-Con with your emergency roof repairs, and we’ll help to streamline the process to getting your operation back on track.

CRACKED / MISSING SHINGLES

Damaged shingles aren’t uncommon. But they’re your roof’s armor; missing just a single piece leaves you vulnerable to leaks and other issues. Luckily, these repairs are usually quick and easy, so don’t wait for it to get worse.

OLDER ROOF

Even with a long lifespan, sometimes, a roof is just old; deterioration can come on quickly and take you by surprise. Whether the damage is severe enough to need a complete replacement or we can help with a prompt repair, we’ve got you covered.

BLOCKED GUTTERS

Clogged downspouts and gutters impede drainage, which is essential to roof function. With routine maintenance, this is avoidable, but when left to linger, this can become a big problem. If it’s gotten to that point, get in touch with us ASAP so we can take care of it.

ROOF LEAKS

They may not be the kiss of death on their own, but leaks are often early indicators of more severe issues and should not be ignored. Let us know at the first sign of a leak, so we can identify the cause, fix the issue, and avoid further damage down the road.

STANDING WATER

Blocked gutters lead to standing water. Bacteria thrives in moist, undisturbed environments like this and will begin to eat away at your roofing if left untreated. To avoid dangerous sagging and deterioration, take notice of standing water immediately.

OUR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Dri-Con’s Preventative Maintenance Program includes quarterly inspections, which diagnoses the current state of your roof and exposes potential issues and their severity. Rates are per contracted square foot, to be paid annually. Standard repairs are part of the program as well, including drainage clearing, caulking, and minor puncture repairs.

Regular scheduled inspections save you money by allowing you to budget annually for maintenance and avoid costly emergency repairs and replacements caused by issues that would otherwise go undetected. To learn more about Dri-Con’s Preventative Maintenance Program, get in touch.

RUST OR CORROSION

Ignoring rust and corrosion on your roof is a great way to hemorrhage money and impede your operations. But, depending on the severity, there are several ways we can treat rust and corrosion to avoid holes, leaks, and further damage to your property.

Shoveling Snow

SNOW REMOVAL

Snow’s heavy weight isn’t the only reason to schedule removal ASAP. Melting during the day and refreezing at night can lead to the development of ice dams, an invasive occurrence that allows water to breach even the tightest seals.

STANDING WATER

Poor drainage, which can be spotted during any routine inspection, is a leading cause of standing water and is easily avoided with regular maintenance. Leaving standing water untreated can have dangerous implications like deterioration and eventually roof collapse.
